Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive business growth.
- Content Creation: Create, manage, and oversee high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- SEO and SEM: Execute and optimize all search engine marketing activities, including SEO strategies to improve website ranking and SEM campaigns to drive paid traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms by creating engaging content, responding to followers, and analyzing performance.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and support sales efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
